I love life!

PJ loves exploring the world.  She continues to surprise us with how quickly she learns new things.  She has now mastered walking up and down the stairs inside the house.  The outside stairs are half mastered - we walk down them but are not so sure about coming back up!  PJ is very playful and loves all things that squeak.  Playing ball is a great pastime and she is very good at amusing herself by bouncing her tennis ball and catching it as soon as it bounces.

As you can see PJ also sits beautifully.  Our other greyhound does not sit like this so we are very impressed!!  Her house manners still need work but we have no doubt she will continue to learn quickly.

PJ borrowed a jacket in the cold weather today - what a cutie!!!

Toys are great fun!!

PJ is an incredible girl who loves life.  Last night she found her foster brother's toy box and had a great time!  She had everyone laughing at her antics as she threw stuffed animals into the air and then quickly caught them.  PJ is great at amusing herself and is not needy in any way.  After much play she was totally exhausted as you can see from her picture.

 While it has only been a few days with her new family, PJ has become a great walker on her leash.  She has still not conquered stairs but we know that she will catch onto this new concept soon, as she is quickly learning about her new life.  More to come.....

PJ is visiting!

PJ's My Monique is now "PJ."  What a wonderful young lady!  PJ has been with us for not even two days and we cannot stop gushing about her.  She is very smart and has already mastered our hard wood floors, has gotten into the rhythm of the house and is quickly learning to easily walk on her leash.  PJ loves to play ball and has enjoyed playing in the back yard.  She is an excellent house guest and sleeps well in her crate.  PJ is also a quick learner and is eager to follow her adopted brother.

We are eager to share more about this wonderful young lady in the days to come.
